Songwriting, Production, Mixing and Mastering
Nic works out of a balanced, treated, hybrid studio in Camberwell in South London, and approaches production and mixing as the making of forms and worlds, hearing sound as colour, texture and shape, focusing on building distinct sonic worlds for records/projects, with a very high attention to detail.
As an artist himself, alongside being a producer and running a record label, he has extensive experience of taking records from inception to completion and release in a holistic manner, combining the artistic/creative with the technical and practical.
He can offer help at all stages of record making from songwriting to arrangement, production, mixing and mastering, and has experience working on records across genres from pop to electronic, dancefloor, experimental, ambient, acoustic, indie, jazz and modern classical.
Composition
Nic has worked with many clients on composition/sound design projects across various genres, from collaborating closely with directors on film scores, to game sound design, podcast scoring and working with production companies on advertising projects with tight briefs and turnaround times.
Mastering Pricing
Stereo mastering is £50 a track. Revisions to masters are included. Updated mixes to be remastered are £10 per updated mix before project completion.
Alternate versions (clean, acapella, instrumental etc.) are £10 / song per alternate version at the time of original mastering and £20 each when delivered afterwards.
No VAT required as Nic is not VAT registered.
Stem mastering is £50 a track plus £10 per stem.
Nic is more than happy to give mix feedback ahead of mastering.
